We modernised the control system and SCADA interface while keeping the existing production equipment operational.
The challenge
Apex was running an ageing PLC and SCADA system that made fault finding difficult and provided limited visibility into production performance.
Our approach
We reviewed the existing control architecture, rebuilt the PLC logic, and developed a clearer SCADA interface. Alarms, machine status, production data, and operator controls were integrated into the new system.

Operators gained better visibility across the line, while maintenance teams could identify and respond to faults much faster.
